Who these terms apply to

These terms govern all design services provided by Sofiane Addamine (referred to as "I" or "the designer"). By choosing a plan, you agree to these terms.

Design services

Process

You start by choosing one of three fixed plans: Essential, Core, or Custom, each with its own scope, price, and timeline. Once you answer the strategy form, the project runs through direction, design, and delivery stages, mostly async, on your schedule. Delivery timelines are fixed per plan: 7 days for Essential, 10 days for Core, and scoped individually for Custom projects.

If you go more than 3 business days without responding to a feedback request or providing required input, the project is considered paused. There's no rebooking fee, I'll pick it back up based on my next available slot.

Revisions

Essential includes 2 concepts and 2 revision rounds. Core includes 3 concepts and 2 revision rounds. A revision round is defined as a consolidated set of feedback submitted at one time. Additional revision rounds beyond those included may be available at an agreed rate.

Payment

Fixed price, paid to start. Work does not begin until payment is received. No surprise invoices.

Cancellation

If you cancel a project after work has begun, the initial payment is non-refundable. If I cancel a project, any payments received will be refunded in full.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the final delivered work transfer to you upon receipt of full payment. Until then, all work remains the property of Sofiane Addamine. I reserve the right to display completed work in my portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that any content, references, or assets you provide do not infringe third-party rights. By supplying these, you confirm you have the right to use them.

Unforeseen circumstances

If illness or another emergency stops me from completing a project, you'll receive a full refund unless usable work has already been delivered, in which case a prorated refund will be issued based on work completed.

Limitation of liability

My total liability in connection with any project is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. I am not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of business damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
