Who these terms apply to

These terms govern all design services provided by Sofiane Addamine (referred to as "I" or "the designer"). By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Design services

Packages

Two service packages are available: Foundation (€900) and Identity (€1,800). An optional landing page add-on is available for €1,500. Full details of what each package includes are described on the homepage.

Process

All projects begin with a free 20-minute discovery call. After that, you complete a brief and the project starts. Delivery takes 1 to 2 weeks from brief submission, subject to agreement at the start of the project.

Revisions

Each package includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. A revision round is defined as a consolidated set of feedback submitted at one time. Additional revision rounds beyond those included may be available at an agreed rate.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed before the project begins. Work does not start until an initial payment is received. The remaining balance, if applicable, is due before final files are delivered.

Cancellation

If you cancel a project after work has begun, the initial payment is non-refundable. If I cancel a project, any payments received will be refunded in full.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the final delivered work transfer to you upon receipt of full payment. Until then, all work remains the property of Sofiane Addamine. I reserve the right to display completed work in my portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that any content, references, or assets you provide do not infringe third-party rights. By supplying these, you confirm you have the right to use them.

Limitation of liability

My total liability in connection with any project or purchase is limited to the amount paid for that specific service or product. I am not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of business damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
